By placing an order with Moth Whisky Pty Ltd, you agree to the following terms:
You must be 18 years or older to purchase alcohol. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 and that the recipient of the order is also 18 or older. We may request age verification.
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You should receive a confirmation email once your order is received, and another when it has been shipped.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment must be received in full before your order is shipped.
We use Australia Post for delivery. Delivery times vary depending on your location. See our Shipping Policy for more details.
Once an order is placed, we may not be able to cancel or change it. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can assist.
