We take care to ensure that every order reaches you in good condition. However, if your product arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
You must notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
We may request that you return the product for inspection. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Once we confirm the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer you a refund or replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.
For health and safety reasons, and in line with industry standards, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for products due to change of mind.
We also cannot offer refunds or replacements if:
You contact us more than 7 days after delivery.
The product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
Damage occurred due to misuse, incorrect storage, or handling after delivery.
